Free Web Hosting for 1 Year - Service Terms

We provide a complimentary 1-year web hosting service strictly for static websites that are designed and developed by the O2O Apps team. This policy outlines the specific terms, limitations, and usage guidelines for this free service.

1. Eligibility & Scope

• Exclusivity: This offer is valid ONLY for websites designed and developed by O2O Apps. External projects are not eligible.
• Static Content Only: The hosting environment is optimized for static websites (HTML, CSS, JS). Dynamic websites requiring server-side processing (PHP, Python, etc.) are included only if they do not require a database connection unless specified otherwise.
• Single Domain: The service allows for hosting of 1 domain per website project.
• Unlimited Static Pages: There is no cap on the number of static pages you can host within this service.

2. Technical Limitations

• No Database Support: This free hosting package does not include database provision (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). If your project requires a database, you must purchase a separate hosting account or provide your own database credentials.
• No Business Email: Email hosting services (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) are NOT included in this free package. Clients are advised to use third-party email providers or purchase a separate email hosting plan.
• No Control Panel Access: Clients will not be provided with access to a hosting control panel (e.g., cPanel, Plesk). All server-side configurations are managed exclusively by O2O Apps.

3. Deployment & Maintenance

• Free Deployment: Project deployment services are included free of charge with every web design and development package.
• Updates & Changes: Since no control panel access is provided, any changes to the hosted files must be requested through the O2O Apps team.
• Change Fees:
  • Minor changes may be performed free of charge at the discretion of the O2O Apps team.
  • Significant updates or structural changes will incur an extra charge based on the task size and required timeframe.
  • The final decision on whether a change is "minor" (free) or "major" (billable) rests solely with O2O Apps.

4. Service Duration

This free hosting service is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of deployment. Renewal terms and costs after the first year will be communicated prior to the expiration date.
